UNICEF boxes and Eid
A couple of quick updates, to be posted here and to the NWCUUC yahoogroup:
1) Please have your children bring in any money collected for UNICEF this Halloween. They may bring it to the front of the sanctuary as we start Children's Story, or they can simply bring it to me.
2) This Sunday will be a Special Sunday--all children and interested adults will gather in Clara Barton Hall (Phase II) to enjoy Eid al-Fitr--the feast at the end of Ramadan. IF YOU LIKE, children may bring a canned good as part of the traditional gift to the poor (and a start to our Guest at Your Table season!) More info:
